This is the former Japanese Bayberry bush (see previous post). Removing the stump is tough - I'll have to finish next weekend.

Bleeding Hearts

This unidentified bush is starting to grow leaves.

I'm not sure why the former owner planted lillies here, but these were beautiful last summer.

I took out one of the three Japanese Bayberry bushes last fall. This is the next one to go. I think I'll put a rose in it's place.
